Man accuses Justin Beiber of battery.

Justin Beiber had his big break after being discovered through his homemade videos that he uploaded onto YouTube.  He made his first album at the age of 15-years-olds and became a teen sensation gaining 41 million fans on Facebook and 20 million fans of Twitter.

This teen superstar allegedly ran into an altercation with a photographer while walking to his car. In Los Angeles, a man called the deputies in Calabasas, complaining that the beibs had roughed him up while he was taking pictures of the pop sensation and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who is well known for her acting roles on the Disney Channel.

Lillian Peck, a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s department, refused to give more details about the nature of the alleged confrontation or any specific injuries the man may have suffered. However, she did say the man complained about pain and requested medical attention. He was treated on the scene and was transported to the hospital where he would later be released.

According to various witnesses, Beiber and Gomez were leaving from a shopping center when they encountered the paparazzo that was blocking Beiber’s vehicle as the singer was attempting to leave. Beiber allegedly got out of his car and asked the man to leave, however, he refused. This is when the altercation occurred.

Peck stated that the incident is under investigation. It is considered a misdemeanor battery complaint that can be pursued if given some reasonable evidence and witnesses. She was unsure if Beiber had been contacted about it though.

The man was apparently a professional celebrity photographer and was encouraged by a lawyer immediately after the incident to request an ambulance in order to receive more money. So was this incident as bad as it was made out to be? Or is the Beiber now a bad boy?
